El producto llegó tal cual la imagen, muy bien empaquetado, llegaron todos los accesorios, cabe destacar que tiene muchísima potencia, incluso con alimentos duros puede dejarlos hechos polvo en cuestión de segundos, las tapas tienen una seguridad extrema, para evitar derramar alimentos accidentalmente, viene con dos batidores pequeños como en la imagen, que hacen exactamente la medida de un vaso tradicional, en general tiene seguridad en todas partes, ya sea en el vaso qué va directamente en el motor o en la tapa, en la parte inferior también tiene como unos apoyados qué se pegan fuerte en la superficie donde la vayas a usar y evita que se mueva de lugar por las vibraciones, volvería a hacer esta compra todas las veces de mi vida!!!!!
